Finding No. 21   Railway Structures Destroyed (Mainly) by Fire


Over the years, a large number of Ottawa area railway structures have been destroyed by fire.  What follows is a list of those we have been able to identify.  They are shown in alphabetical order by location.

Kinburn CNR station - June 1935. This was noted by Aubrey Mattingly but from later photographs this doesn't appear to have been the case.  Maybe this was a minor fire which did not destroy the fabric of the building.
