G N R. Station at Hawkesbury Burned Motrer-;n-Law of Stationmaster Was Victim of Fiames.
Hawkes Dec. 29. The Great Northern railway station was destroyed by fire at eleven o'clock last night. D. S. Campbell the station agent, and his family occupied the upper flat and were with difficulty saved, so raridly had the flames spread. It was found i impossible to rescue Mrs. Shaw, Mrs. Campbell's mrother. who perished. The origin of the fire is at present unknown.
