Parts of the CPR line (to 1966) behind Richmond Rd are converted to this stone dust cycling trail.  The plaque is on the stone to right side.
It is more of a walking trail since it quickly degenerates into a dirt trail after a few hundred metres. The dirt path through the woods more or less follows the row after that. There are a few cp culverts left along the row east of there
