Ottawa Citizen 18 December 1995 Casselman man injured after car-train collision A Casselman-area man was in hospital with serious injuries late Sunday after the car he was driving collided with a VIA passenger train in Casselman, 50 kilometres east of Ottawa, earlier in the day Provincial police said the accident occurred when the man's car was hit by a westbound train at a level crossing on Segault Road at 12:23 p.m. The man, in his 40s, was taken to the Ottawa General Hospital.
