Ottawa Citizen 6 April 1996 Police identify man struck by passenger train The Ontario Provincial Police have identified a man killed by a train Tuesday evening at a crossing near Richmond. The victim is Ian Douglas Shearer, 35, of no fixed address. Shearer was struck by the train as he walked along its tracks. Police do not suspect foul play
